I missed Caesar so much, and this definitely hit the spot! It is delish! With the brine from the capers and the already salted store bought hummus I didn’t need any additional. Subbed firm tofu for hummus, garlic powder for garlic cloves, seaweed sheets for capers and 25 cent on sale iceberg for romaine.
